Cold forging technology requires a high level of expertise and knowledge of the dynamics surrounding this process as well as the mechanical machining processes on machine tools and the manufacture of the components that make up the tool.<\/h4>\n

The key competence, however, in a feasibility analysis is the knowledge of material limits, i.e. the sensitivity in understanding, at an early stage, how much a material can be ‘stressed’ in order to achieve the final shape.<\/h4>\n

In our analyses, we identify critical points in the element drawings and propose modifications or alternative solutions to optimise the product and simplify its manufacturing process.<\/h4>\n

Each process, however, must be adapted to the available technologies, so we do not limit ourselves to pursuing a single path but offer the customer a range of possible alternatives from which to choose the one that best suits the context in which it will have to operate.<\/h4>\n
